Our story, your dog's happiness
Welcome to Doggie Doo's Salon! Our journey began two decades ago when I first stepped into a groomers , fuelled by a profound love for dog grooming and a special empathy for anxious or challenging dogs. With 20 years of dedication, we find immense joy in transforming a dog's well-being and behaviour, one groom at a time.
From our founder
My lifelong passion for animals, especially dogs, has always kept my family on their toes. I often brought home strays and animals in need, and while my efforts once drove my mother to distraction, now it's my husband experiencing the same thing. My focus has shifted to rescuing and rehoming primarily Spaniels, many of whom are at risk of being euthanized due to behavioural issues. I’m proud to say that over the past five years, I have successfully rehabilitated and rehomed 15 Spaniels, ensuring they now live happy and fulfilling lives.
When I founded Doggie Doo's, I had one driving question in mind: who would I trust to groom my beloved dog, Rohan? This thought guided my vision from the very beginning.
I've always believed that your pets are my clients, and their happiness vastly outweighs everything else.
After 25 years in the grooming industry, I can honestly say that my passion for this work remains as strong today as it was on my very first day in the salon.
In addition to grooming, I also serve as a dog grooming lecturer, and I absolutely love teaching the next generation of groomers.
